Ingredients
1 lb thinly-sliced short ribs (costillas)
1 container Amor Salsita Tomatillo Salsa (plus more for serving)
Preparation
In a bowl or resealable bag, add 1 container of Amor Salsita Tomatillo Salsa to the costillas.
Marinate overnight in the refrigerator for the best flavor and tenderness.
Heat a grill or pan to high. Sear the ribs for a nice char.
Lower the heat to medium-low and cook for 2 more minutes, or until fully cooked.
Top with extra Tomatillo Salsa, serve with tortillas, avocado, or your favorite sides, and enjoy!
