Ingredients
2 lbs shrimp, cleaned and deveined
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 container Amor Salsita Tomatillo Salsa
Preparation
Generously season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Add shrimp in a single layer and sauté for 1 minute per side, until just pink.
Lower heat to medium-low, add 1 container of Tomatillo Salsa, and stir to coat.
Cover and simmer for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors soak in.
Serve hot with rice, warm tortillas, or enjoy it straight from the pan!
