Few dishes capture the spirit of Mexico quite like Tacos Al Pastor. This vibrant recipe pairs tender pork shoulder marinated in our rich Salsa Roja with caramelized pineapple and zesty toppings for a crave-worthy bite every time. Ingredients
1 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Salsa Roja
1/2 cup Tomatillo Salsa
1 pineapple, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
8-10 small corn tortillas
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges
Preparation
Marinate the pork in red salsa for at least 1 hour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated pork until fully cooked.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
Assemble the tacos by placing some pork on each tortilla, topped with pineapple slices, chopped onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
Serve with ANY salsita on the side.
