This recipe features seasoned ground beef, tender potatoes, and bell pepper simmered to perfection in a flavorful blend of our Homemade Authentic Salsas and bone broth. Whether served with tortillas or chips, every bite is rich, satisfying, and made with love.
Ingredients
2lbs Ground Beef
1 cup Salsa Roja Medium
1/2 cup Salsa Roja Hot (or use 1 1/2 cups medium for less head
1lb Russet potatoes, cut into 1/2-in cubes
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 bay leaf
2 cups beef bone broth
Add salt if needed
Preparation
Brown the ground beef and drain excess fluid
Add all the ingredients to the pan, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes
Serve with your favorite tortillas or chips and enjoy!
Store leftover in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
